We take on custom builds, upgrades, and repairs. If a bag you already love needs new straps, new hardware, a handle wrap, or stitching that finally gave out, send us photos and we will tell you honestly what it needs.

Three or four photos in good light, plus one close up of whatever failed. Attach them below and send. That is usually enough for us to tell you what it needs and what it will cost.

We work on bags we did not make. Sending us a bag from another maker is completely normal.

What we take on
New straps and hardware
A strap that stretched, a buckle that bent, or hardware that finally rusted through. We replace it with solid brass or stainless and stitch it in properly.
What we take on
Stitching that gave out
Seams unwinding, edges fraying, or leather that separated at a stress point. We open it up, restitch it, and finish the edge again.

Upgrades and add ons
Handle wraps to hold two straps as one, extender straps when a bag sits wrong, a closure that works better, or stamping it with your name.

Photos first, then a price
Send the photos, including the close up of whatever failed. If it is not worth fixing, we will say so rather than take your money.
